Yeah parker was fast but got beat in qualifying by cantrel then he never showed for the feature.

We didn't go FRIDAY because of forecast of 100% chance of rain,which turned out to be a good decision. After a phone conversation with the NDRA late fri. night they informed us that they had 38 cars there and only 2 spots were open so if more than 40 showed up SAT. names would be put in a hat and drawn out to see who raced. We had already pre-entered and pre-paid the entry fee but still wanted to put our name in the hat because we were not there fri. I guess we were supposed to go and sit in the rain all day fri. so we could race sat. so we elected to go waterskiing instead of taking a chance on not getting to race and letting them screw us out of more money. he was right in front of us during qualifying and when we pulled across the scales tech checked tires when he got to the right rear he checked it like 10 times and then pulled him to the side. to pull sample when we looked at our heats he was at the rear and herd they made him change that tire. so he better of had some of that good stuff on it or by the end of the week he will be out of here. guess we will just have to wait and see.

Good thing dad didn't race, because the track was tore up bad & loads of wrecks. He didnt make it in, too tight. May of been some other issues. I am not sure. He came back home, fixed the car and took off to Princeton Raceway. Tomorrow he is suppose to head to Harris. There was alot of cars.

in WV very tight slick track. 40 cars showed up timed in 17 but they only took 8 so had to heat race. was running 2nd and going for the lead with 2 laps left than cut down left rear. so had to run consi 20 car 12 laps made it to 5th they took 3 just needed a few more laps. but had a ball

not going to harris not enough sleep

not going back to Charlotte we had our transponder in the same place last night and after practice fastrack had us move it because it was not reading right. i was right behind the 114 in time trails keeping about the same pace and closed the gap a little on the last lap i was flat footing in 1 n 2 but was timed in like 25 just puzzles me how a car in front of me can get the pole but i timed in that bad. but 6 bucks for a bottel of pepsi and 6 for fries is what is going to keep us at home next time .

If FASTRAK told you to move your transponder then you didnt have to move it. it was an NDRA race.

two different races but transponder in the same place the guy at the fastrack race said that it was reading slow and to move it to the axel. they have a screen that you can see your lap times up.

all i know is they mixed up another 5 with me in practice and then changed us back for trails and i was right behind a guy that timed in on the pole just cant see our time off so much. but kinda glad we did not make it in they tore up some good cars.at Charlotte
